We use a wide variety of electronic and other forms of surveillance.  Our investigators are experienced at documenting all types of “suspicious” activities from routine thefts to computer piracy to unfaithful spouses.  Staff members are trained to install hidden cameras and videotaping equipment in places no one would ever expect.

Electronic Bug Detection

Electronic eavesdropping is more prevalent in today’s world than most of us like to think. Being “bugged” can cost you everything you own or be the downfall of your business. 

Our investigators are trained and experienced at detecting, locating, and removing audio and video listening and taping devices.  For example, we have “swept” homes, businesses, boats, cars, vans, and schools and found electronic eavesdropping apparatus in places you would not believe!

Insurance Fraud

A real-life example of the type of assistance we offer follows.  In early 2001, our firm was asked by an insurance company to investigate an individual who was collecting Workers’ Compensation for a work-related injury.  The insurance investigator was suspicious that the “injuries” were not as serious as the employee claimed.  The worker had reported that he had injured his back on the job and that he was unable to perform his regular job duties.  The fellow had been out of work for a number of weeks and was continuing to draw a regular paycheck on top of filing escalating claims for Workers’ Compensation benefits.  All of this was a major concern to the employer and insurance company.

Our investigators began surveillance on this individual.  We videotaped him loading lumber and lifting heavy items onto his pickup truck bed.  The team also observed the employee bending, lifting, and walking without any sign of pain or discomfort.  In fact, after watching him for a 3 day period, he appeared to be living life normally.  Our investigators also noted that, on the day the employee was scheduled for a doctor’s appointment, he left his home wearing a back brace and using a walking cane.

The results of our efforts?  Case closed!
